Concerts are free, unless noted otherwise. Please check concert listings carefully. Seating for free concerts is generally on a first-come, first-served basis.
Free seating passes are required for concerts at which capacity attendance is anticipated. Seating in Mixon Hall is limited and patrons are encouraged to reserve passes in advance when required for concerts scheduled in Mixon Hall.
Seating passes may be reserved one week prior to a given concert by calling the CIM Box Office at (216) 791-5000, ext. 411, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reserved seating passes must be picked up at the Ticket Office the

Concert halls open 30 minutes before the concert is scheduled
to begin.
All concerts begin promptly at the designated time. To ensure the enjoyment of all our patrons, and in deference to the artists, latecomers are admitted only at the discretion of the head usher while a performance is in progress.
The use of cameras (with or without flash) and recording devices during a performance is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of the Concerts and Events Office.
Concerts are performed in Kulas Hall and Mixon Hall. Concertgoers will be directed to the performance location upon arrival at CIM. Locations are also included in the Web listings.
Free parking is available after 4 p.m. in University Circle Parking Lot No. 43 and behind the CIM Annex, both of which are located on Hazel Drive. The metered parking spaces on East Boulevard and Hazel Drive are not ticketed after 6 p.m.
Handicapped parking is available in the Lot 43 visitor lot across the street. A drop-off area in the front drive and ramp to the front entrance provides easy access for wheelchairs. Wheelchairs can also access the building through the North vestibule, which is across the street from Lot 43.
CIM maintains a smoke-free environment.
