I. The Robinson Music Library

Why use the Robinson Music Library?

Explore the repertoire

The library has a great collection of performance scores for you to check out and study.

Search out what is available for your instrument or within a specific genre.

Read in-depth on a topic

We have books, journals, magazines and newspapers brimming with information about the music industry, composers, artists, interpretation etc.

Listen to music

With over 11,500 CDs, a large DVD collection as well as videos and LP records, the media center is worth exploring. We try to acquire multiple performances of vocal and instrumental repertoire by respected artists. We collect all CIM faculty recitals and CIM orchestra concerts.

The Robinson Music Library provides access to several streaming audio services, including the Naxos Music Library, Classical Music Library, and the Database of Recorded American Music. These can be accessed from any campus-networked computer.

Research using online resources/connection

Library web pages feature music databases and Internet resources that connect you with information.

With a wireless and campus wide network, students can connect to all of these resources from a dorm room or from a wireless laptop on Case's campus.
