Online Application Processing

We have provided you a secure online application form for music instruction in CIM's Preparatory & Continuing Education Division. Upon receipt, your application data will be entered into our enrollment process. As we are able to meet your request for a particular faculty member, branch location, lesson day or time, we will contact you with available enrollment options. At that time, you will be asked to pay an administrative fee, by credit card or check, to secure your enrollment.

To use the online application, you will need an SSL-aware browser such as Mozilla, Netscape Navigator, or Microsoft Internet Explorer. Your form will be submitted directly to the CIM Preparatory Division.
